The one that Makes me Think is Toastmasters. I have joined Toastmasters in the Spring of 2007 and since then have flurished through its training and its comraderie. I have never been shy, but I have lacked the discipline and skills to be a good public speaker–skills that Toastmasters is helping me perfect.
